Terms of Service

Last updated: February 7, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Tully. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Tully Inc. ("Tully," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. What Tully Is

Tully is a technology platform that connects clients with independent, licensed legal professionals for legal consultations. We facilitate the connection, scheduling, communication, and payment between you and legal professionals — we do not provide legal services ourselves.

3. Not a Law Firm; No Legal Advice

Tully is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal opinions. The legal professionals available through the Platform are independent practitioners solely responsible for their own advice, conduct, and compliance with applicable rules of professional responsibility. Any information provided by Tully itself (including AI-generated categorization or summaries) is for general informational purposes only and is not legal advice.

4. Attorney-Client Relationship

Using the Platform — browsing, matching, messaging, or taking a consultation — does not create an attorney-client relationship. One is formed only if you and a legal professional separately agree to it on that legal professional's own terms, and it is solely between the two of you; Tully is never a party to it and is not responsible for the services provided. Legal professionals are licensed in specific jurisdictions; you are responsible for ensuring your chosen legal professional is licensed in the jurisdiction relevant to your matter.

We treat the content of consultations as confidential, but confidentiality is not attorney-client privilege. Privilege is a legal protection that depends on your circumstances and on a relationship you form with a legal professional directly — do not assume it applies to anything you send through the Platform.

5. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. Consultations, Free Trial & Payments

Initial consultations may include a short free trial period, after which consultations are billed based on actual time used at the rate set by the legal professional. A temporary authorization hold may be placed on your payment method before a consultation begins and may appear as a pending transaction until the final amount is captured. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). Refunds may be issued at our discretion for service-related issues.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
  • Harass, threaten, or send abusive content to legal professionals or other users
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation or credentials
  • Attempt to circumvent payment, security, or verification measures
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the operation of the Platform

8. Safety, Reporting & Moderation

We are committed to a safe community. You can report inappropriate behavior and block other users directly within the app. We review reports and may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Messages may be screened by automated moderation to detect prohibited content.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Tully does not guarantee any particular legal outcome or the quality of advice provided by any legal professional. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tully is not liable for the acts, omissions, or advice of legal professionals, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Not for Emergencies

The Platform is not intended for legal emergencies. If you are in immediate danger or facing arrest, contact 911 or your local emergency services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct. You may stop using the Platform and request deletion of your account at any time.

12. User-Generated Content & Community Standards

You are solely responsible for the content you submit, including chat messages, reviews, and profile information. Tully has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, hateful, threatening, fraudulent, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable, and not to harass or abuse other users. You can report objectionable content or abusive users at any time using the in-app report and block tools, or by emailing support@meettully.com. We review every report and will remove offending content and/or suspend the responsible user within 24 hours.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
