Contact us

Email support@meettully.com. We reply to every message, and aim to respond within one business day.

Please tell us the email address on your Tully account and, if your question is about a specific consultation, roughly when it took place. We will never ask you for your password or your full card number.

Report a legal professional, a message, or a user

If someone on Tully sends you abusive, threatening, or otherwise objectionable content, you can report them from inside the app — open the conversation, tap the menu in the top right, and choose Report. The same panel lets you block the person, which stops any further contact. Blocked people can be managed later under Profile → Settings → Blocked Users. You can also report a legal professional from their profile page.

To report something outside the app, or to report a legal professional's conduct, email support@meettully.com with the word “Report” in the subject. We review reports of objectionable content within 24 hours and remove content or suspend accounts where our Terms of Service have been broken.

Complaints about a legal professional's professional conduct can also be made directly to the state bar that licenses them, independently of Tully.

Billing and refunds

The Tully assistant is free. Consultations with a legal professional open with 2 free minutes, and are billed per minute after that — $3.00 per minute at the standard rate, with a 5-minute minimum once billing begins, plus a single flat $6.00 technology fee. The legal professional's rate is shown before a call connects.

When a paid consultation starts, Stripe places a temporary $60 authorization hold on your card. That is not a charge: you are billed only for the minutes you use, and the rest of the hold is released when the consultation ends. Depending on your bank, the released amount can take a few business days to disappear from your statement.

If you were charged for a consultation that did not happen, was cut short by a technical fault, or did not deliver what was promised, email support@meettully.com within 30 days and we will review it.

Delete your account

You can delete your Tully account and personal data from inside the app at any time: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Deletion removes your profile, your questions, your messages, and the documents you uploaded, and closes your sign-in identity. It cannot be undone.

Some records are kept where the law requires it — for example, transaction records needed for tax and accounting. What we keep and for how long is set out in the Privacy Policy.

If you cannot reach the in-app control, email support@meettully.com from the address on your account and we will do it for you.

Trouble signing in

Tully signs you in with your email address, Apple, or Google, and verifies your phone number by SMS. If a verification message does not arrive, check that the number is correct and can receive SMS, then request a new code — codes expire after a few minutes.

If you originally signed up with Apple or Google, use that same button to sign back in. Signing in a different way creates a separate account rather than reopening your existing one.

What Tully is, and is not

Tully's assistant provides legal information — plain explanations of laws, rights, and processes. It is not legal advice, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Consultations booked through Tully are with legal professionals licensed in a U.S. state. The legal professional, not Tully, is responsible for the legal advice they give. See the Legal Disclaimer for the full position.

If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. Tully is not an emergency service and cannot respond to urgent safety situations.
